  • Do I have to be a National member of H.O.G.® to attend the rally?

    Yes, your National H.O.G.® membership must be active, expiration date is verified upon receipt of registration.

    If your National membership expires before July 29th 2010, please renew your membership before pre-registering.

    The same rules apply to onsite registration.

    You may join or renew National H.O.G.® membership online but your registration will go quicker if you take care of this ahead of time.

  • What is the “H.O.G.® Chapter Challenge”?

    H.O.G.® Chapter members sign an attendance roster and participate in designated events and games to earn points for their Chapter.

    The top chapter will take home an award.

  • Will the rally still run even though it rains?

    You Betcha! (Translation: YES!)
  • Why should I pre-register?

    First of all, it’s $20.00 cheaper.

    You will be entered in a special draw for prizes for pre-registration prize.

    It guarantees H.O.G.® member attendees will receive the Rally t-shirt and pin. (On-site quantities and sizes will be limited).

    Pre-registration helps your Rally Committee plan realistically for the events and activities.

  • Do I have to be a member of a local H.O.G.® chapter to attend the rally?

    No, you may attend the rally but you will not be able to participate in the Chapter Challenge unless you are a member of a H.O.G.® chapter.

  • If I missed pre-registration, can I register on site?

    Yes, but the registration fees are $20.00 more and supplies of T-shirts, patches, pins and other merchandise will be very limited.

  • If I can’t attend every day of the Rally, do I still have to pay the full registration fee?

    Yes, the price for the Rally is based on the entertainment and activities for all four days of the Rally

  • Once I have registered and paid my fees, can I cancel and receive a refund?

    Refunds of Rally Registration fees will only be available until June 27, 2010.

    After that date, no refunds are available. If you are unable to attend, send your confirmation card with someone to pick up your packet for you.

    Unclaimed packets will be sold after close of registration on Saturday.

  • Can I register using a credit card?

    The Rally Committee does not accept online credit card payments. Registrations performed on the website are processed through Pay Pal. For your information safety, it IS a secure site and we are not collecting or storing participant credit card information. We are simply capturing your payment confirmation number from Pay Pal when your registration is complete. 

  • Do I have to use a credit card to pre-register?

    No, you have several other options. On the registration page, click on the Registration Form link and mail or fax it to the Rally contacts. Payment forms accepted are available on the Registration Form. Registration forms MUST be postmarked by midnight, June 27, 2010 to qualify for pre-registration.

  • Do I have to register to be eligible to volunteer to work at the rally?

    Yes. Volunteers can be either H.O.G members or non-H.O.G. member guests. Volunteer opportunities are in two hour blocks, and will count for points towards the Chapter Challenge. After you have pre-registered, contact our Volunteer Coordinator to request your volunteer assignment.

  • Will there be a bike show and bike games?

    Yes. The bike show and bike games will be held Friday & Saturday afternoon at the Host Hotel.

  • Can I camp at this rally?

    Anyone wanting to camp needs to make their own arrangements.

    There are several options available and your best resource is to contact Travel Manitoba. (http://www.travelmanitoba.com/)

  • When will I receive confirmation?

    If you pay online, a confirmation card/receipt will be generated automatically and returned to your email address. If you pay by mail or fax and provide an email address, a confirmation card/receipt will be issued to that email address when payment is received. If there is no email address listed, confirmation cards/receipts will be sent out at the beginning of July. If you do not receive a confirmation card/receipt by the third week of July contact registration@prairiehogrally.ca or phone 204-338-1836.
